5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Boxes are shipped monthly to the address provided at checkout.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is accurate and up to date.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Due to the intimate nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, toys, or accessories for hygiene and safety reasons.
