1. Monthly Subscription Shipments

Your first box will ship within 7–10 business days after your initial purchase.

Following boxes ship around the same time each month based on your billing date.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your box has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates

3. Delivery Timeframes

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replace items that are lost or stolen at the delivery location.
