Thank you for shopping with Vyxen Lingererie. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you understand how refunds, returns, and replacements work for our subscription service.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, toys, and accessories, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on subscription boxes or individual items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vyxenlingerie.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once reviewed, we will provide a suitable solution—typically a replacement item in your next box

We do not offer refunds for damaged items, but we will make sure you receive a properly functioning replacement.

3. Missing Items

If your box arrives incomplete or missing a product:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will verify the issue and include the missing item in your next shipment at no cost

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

  • Cancellations apply only to future billing cycles.

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscription charges that have already been processed.

If the charge went through and your box is being prepared or has shipped, that month’s box cannot be refunded.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for:

  • Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address if the error was provided by the customer.

6. Allergies, Sensitivities & Irritants

We encourage customers to share any relevant sensitivities at support@vyxenlingerie.com so we can curate responsibly.
However, we cannot issue refunds for reactions or sensitivities, as materials vary and curation is based on limited information.

7. Shipping Delays

We do not provide refunds for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Unexpected logistical issues
